ok here are the steps you need to take to unlock your BlackBerry Storm or Tour

1-Add to cart fill in your info

2-in the order "Comments" you must enter your

a) imei# (goto OPTIONS-then STATUS u will see imei there)or on some models you can get it by typing on your keypad *#06# MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CORRECT IMEI, its not the HTC or DTC its the one that only says IMEI, check & Double check!

b)after you enter the imei put in the phone model ex (blackberry curve 8900) & the service provider your phone is with NOW , so if your phone is a t-mobile phone you put T-Mobile!
